Grade of Service (GOS)
The likelihood that a call will not be connected to a system due to the fact it has all trunks are busy. Sometimes, grade of service is used interchangeably with service level, but the two terms have different meanings. A measurement, in percentages, of how many calls are lost and how many are answered.
