Automated Greeting
A greeting or an acknowledgement that has been previously recorded, that gets triggered automatically when the call has been answered. An automatic call distributor or add-on systems capabilities, when properly configured, allows for an agent to leave a personally recorded greeting or acknowledgement for their callers which plays automatically when the calls are answered.
