Zero Tolerance Policy additionally called ZTP is the strictest of enforced policies. ZTP is the banning of a certain possessions or behaviors which an organization deems to have zero tolerance or finds the act unacceptable. Understood by employees as a code of conduct that if not understood would result in negative repercussions.
