Labor Saturation Rate
Labor Saturation is the indefinite amount of regular employees to handle any task. When it is reached, in order to accomplish given task additional Agents need to be hired that would increase Labor Saturation Rate and therefore defines how many hours per day an agent can effectively work nonstop and avoid burnout.
