Day of Week Routing
A network service that delivers calls to alternative locations based on the day of the week. With an option to set the day of year and time of day routing. Usually used when Product Specialists are not available. Day-of-week routing may direct calls to alternate sites or groups based on the date (holidays, weekend days, for instance).
